Return and Exchange Policy: First: Conditions for return and exchange The customer has the right to return or exchange within 3 days for return and 7 days for exchange from the date of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition: unused, unopened, undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging. Products showing any signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged. Second: Non-returnable or non-exchangeable products Personal care products and cosmetics after opening. Products classified as special offers or clearance. Products designed or customized according to the customer's request (such as customized gift wrapping). Third: Return and exchange mechanism A return or exchange request is submitted through customer service with the order number. After approval, the product pickup or delivery to the nearest approved shipping point is arranged. The customer bears the shipping cost if the reason for the return is not related to a manufacturing defect. Fourth: Refund The amount is refunded after inspecting the product and ensuring it meets the conditions. The refund process takes 3–10 working days depending on the payment method. In case of cash on delivery, the amount is transferred to the bank account provided by the customer. Fifth: Damaged or defective products In case of receiving a damaged or non-conforming product, we bear full responsibility, and the replacement or return is completely free.
